This was a great inexpensive place to stay after needing to come to Penrith for an appointment. It's a fantastic location, less than 500m from the Emu Plains train station, making it an easy place to get to, and to get to anywhere else from. The staff were friendly and helpful. I booked an accessible room, and it was great for my needs, though I was a little surprised at some of the choices they'd made which prevented it from being a fully accessible room for people who use wheelchairs. They may have other accessible rooms with a different layout, but this is the one I was in. It had grab rails for the toilet and shower, and a well placed shower bench. The room itself was a good size, with a double bed, chairs and table. I liked the nice easy to use lamps that you just had to tap the base to turn them on and off. Plus the main light was a proper room light (I'm not a fan of hotels where you only get dim lighting) It had a little kitchenette with a kettle, microwave, plates, bowls, cups, mugs and cutlery, which was very useful. The floor was tile throughout, and while I personally like carpet, I know tiles are an easier choice for many mobility aids, so that's not a bad thing! The doors are unlocked by just tapping the key card against the reader, which is definitely easier than trying to insert them into a lock, so that was good. I did find the door itself a bit heavy though. Overall, I was happy with my choice of accommodation and would stay here again if I was in the area

Check in was very easy and the receptionist provided a room facing the carpark, rather than the train tracks, which we had requested. We had a standard queen room, without the full kitchen, but there was a combi microwave and crockery/glasses/utensils provided. Bathroom was functional with tiny soaps and shampoo/conditioner in the cabinet above the sink. It was generally quiet, although there was some construction taking place on the property (June 2024) and there was some noise first thing in the morning. The train station was less than a 10 minute walk, with frequent trains into the Sydney CBD. That took about 50-75 minutes, depending on which type of train you took. The Blue Mountains Line was faster than the surburban train, but only went as far as Central. Staying on the outskirts of Sydney saved us from paying for parking and tolls.

It was very comfortable and quiet stay. We stayed one night on our way somewhere else. The property is large, new, another wing is still under construction. No noise though. The windows seem to be double glazed to spare the visitor noise from near railway track. 5 minutes walk to the station. The room was large and comfortably appointed. Very clean. White, sparkling clean bed sheets and towels. Friendly and smiling lady at the reception desk, helpful with directions. This was a good base for one night for our purpose of travel.

It was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The staff were welcoming and attentive, the room was spacious and well-maintained, and the amenities were top-notch. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the ease of access to local attractions. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a restful sleep each night. I was also pleased with the convenient parking options available at the hotel. The parking was spacious, secure, and easily accessible, which made coming and going hassle-free during my stay.

Had a 4 hour drive which was stressful so when we arrived I was suffering from anxiety. However, Jerry the receptionist was very intuitive and picked up on my mood - he was just SO nice, friendly and helpful. As it was available, he upgraded us to a 2 bedroom apartment from a Queen studio - at no extra charge!!! This was just so unexpected I even cried. We were meeting family for dinner at the pub/restaurant only a three walk away so location excellent. The apartment was a bit dated, but very clean and beds comfortable.
